Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from China. Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days, with a maximum of 8 business days.

Shipping costs €6.50 per order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
