How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days, with a maximum of 8 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This is in accordance with EU consumer law (right of withdrawal).
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please make sure to pack the item securely and send it with a tracking number so it arrives safely.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
